Benefit from our maintenance and service contract tailored individually to you and your plant. We take care of the planning, implementation and documentation of the maintenance work for you. We ensure the long service life of your plant with high quality original spare parts and operating materials. Our well-assorted material warehouses with a digital merchandise management system guarantee you quick availability of spare and wear parts as well as lubricants, for example.
Furthermore, we hold training courses regularly, even for operators, in order to ensure the best possible supervision of the plants.
Remote maintenance: Everything under control
By using the customers DSL connection we have a remote access from our site in Mühlhausen to all Burkhardt Gasifier for monitoring. Our service department has access to all operation data and can use this for analyzing and remote troubleshooting.
We and our service partners are offering an on-call-duty-service by remote, e-mail or telephone.
Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Weekend/Holidays: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
We assure the start of repairs in case of damage report from Monday to Thursday within 24 hours; from Friday to Sunday and on public holidays within 72 hours.
